The trip to Vietnam ended up being a great blessing. But in the midst of the blessing, there was still a sadness on my part. I had always dreamed of going to Vietnam. It's just that, in my dream, I went there with Tom. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Maybe someday. But not yet.
In the weeks prior to going, I had the chance to interview Tom. I just had the chance to finish editing it today and will put it up here:
I know you're enjoy it. Tom is a great servant of the Lord. A humble man, filled with God's grace. It's a joy to be around him.
Have a great Labor Day weekend! And may the Lord be with you.
Yours in His service,
John

I totally agree that Tom Stebbins belongs in the EE hall of fame! I do think that there are some other men that belong in that catagory as well like, Milad Doss who worked in the Middle East, Buddy Gaines who worked in South Asia, NE Asia, and Eurasia, Gary Letchworth who worked in South Asia and was over all of Asia for a period of time. As far as I know Buddy and Gary still labor for EE to this day!! And then who can forget our beloved Ray Castro who was in charge of North America. All 5 of these men deserve to be in the EE hall of fame. They are all worthy of that honor and I hope that we can hear the others being interviewed as well. They all have much EE wisdom to impart to the rest of the community. What do you all think? Did I miss anyone else on this list??
I couldn't agree more! And, well said. I have an interview with Buddy from some time ago, but it's easy enough to do another one. I'll do that soon.
There are surely others, like Dr. Kennedy. But the list you've made is a solid one. We don't have a "Hall of Fame" at this point. But who knows?
Thanks,
Jbs
